162038 - John asked me not to follow up with Doug on Covey.  Doug is teaching a
162039 - class in Covey this week for Raychem.  Doug is very busy, ref SDS 6
162040 - line 225. He is remodeling his house.  He has 3 children.  He is
162041 - re-organizing his church.  John feels this agenda along with Doug's

162047 -     This is problematical.  I want to challenge the efficacy of
162048 -     spending money to teach "Covey" which is an approach to improving
162049 -     performance through better communications "habits," and promote
162050 -     instead the idea that teaching Communication Metrics is a better
162051 -     solution, per analysis at ref SDS 3 line 223, and at ref SDS 3
162052 -     line 378.  Since Doug is teaching Covey he should be a good source
162053 -     to explain the objectives and how Covey helps people and
162054 -     organizations make more money since that is the only rationale for
162055 -     spending money to teach it.
