041354 -        gym.  Millie saved my life with a regimen hiking at Lafayette

041381 -    9.  Met Doctor Schell on the flight home.  Gathered that his
041382 -        practice is "urology" at the VA in Brooklyn.  Took the occasion
041383 -        to relate excellent care at the VA in San Francisco for heart
041384 -        surgery.  Was stunned by the doctor's comments on SDS improving
041385 -        memory, based on watching me enter the record earlier in the

041387 -        is a senior, seemed at least 60.  He expressed cynicism and
041388 -        frustration that doctors cannot write coherent, useful progress

041391 -        business card says "neurologist" performing surgery to correct
041392 -        brain defects.  This helped "make sense" of his comments that
041393 -        expanding complexity requires help remembering accurately even

041402 -        up to a terrifically lovely, dare I say "beautiful," experience
