- 1. Just a quick reminder to submit a schedule for meeting with the
- Medical Team over the next few months, following up the letter

- The letter today follows up work on 080314 when Millie requested a
- schedule of treatments through August, so that the meetings can be
- scheduled at 0800 to 0830, which enables Millie to get treatment in

- Cellulitis Treatment Completed Successfully No Recurrence
-
- Follow up ref SDS 6 IE6W. ref SDS 5 V45J.
-
- 2. This clarifies the report on 080315 that Cellulitis relapsed,
- and medication was resumed. There was, or seemed to be,
- increased inflammation on the upper left arm [reported on
- 080314, ref SDS 5 V45J], however, this subsided by the next
- day, ref SDS 6 IE6W; and so I only took 1 Keflex pill, and then
- waited to see if inflammation was more likely due to cetuximab,
- as occurred previously during examination at Kaiser on 070330.
- The next day on 080314 inflammation did subside, and so, like
- today, treatment was not continued. ref SDS 5 JK6G
- ..
- 3. Accordingly, the standard 10-day treatment for Cellulitis was
- completed successfully.

- [On 080409 Millie suffers Cellulitis recurrence,
- ref SDS 9 5Q6G; treated in Emergency Department with

- 5. We have not received the photographs of the base line
- condition, however, my sense is that IBC sites on the chest
- have reduced intensity compared to the past few months,
- especially the area on the right breast and at the breast bone.
- ref DIT 1 4Q7I
- ..
- 6. There is, however, definitely a loss of energy with the new
- treatment. Yesterday and today I feel stronger - hoping blood
- counts are hanging in there. On balance, I am very pleased

- Millie's letter on 080314 reported being energetic the day after

- and exercise have increased despite adding Carboplatin
- chemotherapy to cetuximab for the clinical trial

- Millie's letter to Kaiser continues...
-
- 7. Per Doctor Rugo's planning on 080219, if time permits, Jackie
- can visit with Rod in the cafeteria today and transfer the
- photographs showing the record of IBC changes the past year.
