101207 -    I advised PG&E's schedule shows (task GH0D3) the communication
101208 -    lease lines to support the transfer trip system, will be installed

101212 -       Wilma said there has been a change in configuration. Originally
101213 -       CDWR intended to use Pac Bell.  For environmental reasons, CDWR
101214 -       now intends to use fiber instead, and so will contract with GTE

101217 -       CDWR is thinking of completing this work (PG&E schedule task
101218 -       GH0D3) in July 1996, instead of March of 1995, as currently
101219 -       shown in PG&E's schedule.  This is based on their understanding

101221 -       not scheduled to be completed until July 1996, and their stand-
101222 -       ard practice is to install only after receiving a signed notice
101223 -       from the project manager that the facility is complete. Wilma
101224 -       feels it may be possible to advance this date, but at this time
