Attached are the notes of our discussion yesterday on defining the Ref: xwww.welchco.com/sd/08/00101/02/94/09/27/143515.HTM"  scope of
"Energize & Testing" in a way that is consistent with CDWR schedule
objectives.




Further analysis indicates "Line Protection" is the responsibility of CDWR.  If
this is the same as the "Transfer Trip" work currently being performed by PG&E,
there may additional budget and schedule savings.
