041345 -    4.  Your letter yesterday on 090701 asked if I am having any
041346 -        "tightness" in my left chest, and noted you may have a

041349 -        any difference between the left and right side of my lungs
041350 -        while breathing.  I assumed you were referring to breathing

041356 -        is a dull pain about 2" below the armpit, and occurs at odd

041376 -    7.  I went hiking at Lafayette Reservoir today, as planned in the

041380 -        week ago.  This record may suggest a loss of lung capacity that

041382 -        hiking the tougher route, climbing stairs at home twice in a
