Your work was cited on April 20, 2001 in connection with developing capability that supports KM, including organizational memory.
While many people have become discouraged about creating effective KM, reported for example a few days later by SRI on April 26, 2001, a number of "bright stars" are showing that useful intelligence can be derived by connecting organizational memory in particular ways, see for example POIMS.
Recent events have elevated the need for intelligence. Possibly your work can contribute by forming an alliance to bring this capability to bear on meeting this need, per recent letter to DCMA on September 20.
