160703 - When I arrived, Marc was speaking with Rick Oleniczak with G&B about
160704 - getting support for making payments to Dutra.  Marc confirmed that
160705 - Dutra has filed Chapter 11 protection.  Payments are being paid into
160706 - an escrow account for distribution.  There was a meeting yesterday
160707 - with Dutra and its bonding company.

160709 - Marc advised that there will be another meeting within the next few
160710 - days or week, to determine what matters COE can agree to pay Dutra
