112303 - Bill mentioned the next day that an SDS update did not seem to install

112306 - I explained how he may have called my SDS records in his Group Manager
112307 - and this would have made the Schedule file newer than the update.
112308 - This would have prevented my updated Schedule from overwriting the one
112309 - that is already there, because it is not newer. I explained how to
112310 - unzip the files without the -n parameter.  He tried this and said it
112311 - solved the problem.

112313 - I explained how to use the F3 option to open my records without
112314 - archiving.  The other option is to routinely omit the -n parameter
112315 - when unzipping my SDS updates.

112317 - Bill is concerned our SDS records may be out of sync because he has
112318 - been regularly been archiving my records.  He has saved all of the
112319 - update files I have sent and asked if he installs all of them again
