SRO has one employee, who performs the following tasks, as required.

SRO will add staff, as needed, to perform the NSF project, if awarded. For example, administrative support may be needed. However, SDS greatly reduces the need for traditional administrative help, so estimating requirements at this time is not possible. Doing the project will disclose this correlation, which is part of the project research.

It is appreciated that this history does not invite confidence that SRO has expertise to perform the proposed project. Attention is directed to the record on October 27, 1998 with links to reports from customers who have saved $millions of dollars using Communication Metrics applied by SRO.

As set out in Part 2, we cannot force customers to use intelligence, however continued innovations, contemplated by this proposal will move the benefits-to- ease of use curve toward commercialization goals set by NSF.

SRO has one employee. This employee is skilled with SDS and Communciation Metrics, which significantly leverages traditional skills, enabling one person to accomplish the work of a staff. This is the particular skill and relevant experience that is needed to organize and manage the project.

The track record creating SDS, POIMS technology, and Communication Metrics with minimal resources, shows SRO can accomplish the proposed project with support from NSF.
