Thanks for considering Communication Metrics in our

meeting yesterday.  I enjoyed meeting Bill and hearing about the
opportunity to work with him on your 3rd Street project.  I will deliver a
copy of the USACE report so that Bill can see an example of

organic subject structure.




Hopefully a rate structure can be generated for a

scope of services
that will support the

cost savings reported by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.  As more
history is developed on cost savings, demand will rise for "intelligence."
