I am sorry about these difficulties.  This is a major advance in the utility of
the SDS program, and so we have to work through some initial glitches. Thanks

A meeting with the
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
on Aug 3, shows how this new capability is being considered for use in a
broader context.
