Meeting Today 2p on Endorsement of SDS
Pat,
This confirms telecon this morning that we are meeting at 2p in your office
today about an
endorsement
of SDS and Com Metrics, per planning in the record
on June 14, which was later
submitted
on July 2, ref SDS 97 0001, and
discussed
by phone on July 11.
.. Today, we want to craft a generic letter showing interest in SDS by
responsible voices that lends weight and credibility to attract five (5)
minutes of someone's time to examine SDS and Com Metrics.

Tom's letter received a few days ago, on July 26, asking about SDS,
which you and I discussed this morning. Tom's work at
SAIC, and interest in improving medical management shown by published
papers on his website...

doctor/patient partnership that is the foundation of effective treatment, noted
for example by
Kaiser's published requirements,
reviewed on June 25, 1999.

meeting with the doctor
illustrates support for medical management, and shows clearly

health care
needs support. .. Demand for
intelligence
support is growing everywhere, as seen by events
on September 11, 2001,
Enron,
et al, however, health care will come under
exceptional pressure for better management as the advancing age of baby boomers
explodes on the medical community in the next 10 years.
