Thanks for your letter today on BrowseUp, and offering to make a presentation next week. Alon Schwarz and a colleague demonstrated BrowseUp at SRI on January 22, 2001. At that time, Alon used BrowseUp to link an SDS record on the Internet reporting an event at SRI honoring Doug Englebart for winning the National Medal of Technology.
Linking is certainly an important part of KM, and BrowseUp has accomplished a significant breakthrough technology that enables a new level of Internet application. Last week, Alon requested information on Communication Metrics to prepare for further discussions.
I look forward to meeting you, and other BrowseUp people, if time permits during your up coming trip to San Francisco.
