The explanation on the Hastings web site reflects the POIMS process of using a range of disciplines for converting information into knowledge.
Some people get an inkling of this potential from ecountering SDS records on the web, as explained in a recent letter, and from comments by the DKR team. A professional web site developed by Hastings might engender stronger belief that encourages people to perform knowledge management. It's a long shot, but would welcome input from Hastings.
