080917 - Netscape Browser is Hanging Periodically Every 10 Clicks

080919 - Netscape is hanging for about 15 - 30 seconds about every 10 or so
080920 - clicks on a link.  This has the appearance of a cache type problem,

080922 - more space.  There is an FAQ on a Java related system hang.  This does
080923 - not fit that description, in that it is of relativley short duration
080924 - and cyclical.  In other words, Netscape works fine, except for these
