061101 - Decided to try formatting a style for the report using Word.  Made
061102 - this file 00106. I decided to set a character spacing and line length
061103 - that essentially emulates a 10 pitch monospace font.  This makes the
061104 - thing easier to read.  When we convert to an ASCII file, it fits
