081306 -             (9)  Provide two personal computers (PCs) networked
081307 -     together for effective communication at the Richmond Project
081308 -     Office, and connected to the Government's LAN system.  PC's
081309 -     shall be state-of-the-art within a budget $3,500 each, and as
081310 -     approved by the Contracting Officer.  One PC shall be used by the
081311 -     Project Engineer.  The other shall be used by the A-E's
081312 -     Communication Metrics staff.  A-E shall furnish such other
081313 -     computing equipment off-site as necessary to perform the
081314 -     requirements of this scope of services.
