040904 - We decided not to work on the Asilomar CPM plan today or over the
040905 - weekend.  Bill's schedule has changed.  Bill will come into the City
040906 - next Wednesday when I meet with the Corps of Engineers, 960207 at
040907 - 1030.  He will attend that meeting. This would be helpful so he can
040908 - explain why PG&E dropped the effort on SDS, which Max mentioned today,
