161002 - appears though that more work is needed due to the delay in
161003 - construction of the Power Plant, ref SDS 3 line 266.

161005 - This is a little different in that we are not constrained by PG&E's
161006 - completion date, since it is 960201, and the current schedule shows
161007 - completion oa 951002.

161010 - CDWR's task #24, which is GD3G, so it completes on 950724.  Gave the

161013 - the design.  I guess it will really take 4 weeks to schedule and get
