090905 - Tony is recommending the scope of PG&E's work relative to option 4

090908 -     ...the State will be interfacing with the common carrier and
090909 -     routing the circuits to the SLO Power Plant. They will have to
090910 -     provide the circuit to the transfer trip equipment and I feel
090911 -     that PG&E telecom would have no responsibility for this
090912 -     equipment. They should hand it off to the Electrical Technicians
090913 -     at the RFL transfer trip rack as indicated by Jivat.

090915 -     When we connect these circuits I would recommend a PG&E comm tech
090916 -     at the power plant only for start-up but after the circuit is
090917 -     tested and approved, the state should be responsible for
090918 -     maintenance and testing at the power plant, we will support the
090919 -     substations at San Luis and Santa Maria.

090921 -     The state comm techs will have a patch panel that they will be
090922 -     able to verify levels on the circuits that feed the two transfer
090923 -     trip circuits and the RTU. We will need a contact person for
090924 -     reporting comm failures to the State.
