081325 -    3.  Rub all over both sides of ribs prior to cooking.

081327 -        My process for the ribs included steaming them in the oven (or
081328 -        on the grill) for 2 - 3 hours after the rub had been applied.
081329 -        Then wrapping them in foil slathering them in BBQ sauce and
081330 -        grilling them for about 10 minutes/side.  The steaming is
081331 -        critical to the tenderness of the meat.
