041339 -        shoulder became painful, and so used Vicadin, provided to
041340 -        relieve surgical pain, for the new shoulder problem.  Don't
041341 -        know what caused the shoulder issue.  Could have lifted
041342 -        something awkwardly - not sure.  A week later seems to be
041343 -        getting better.

041352 -        hiking 3 - 8 miles per day.  Strength and range of motion have
041353 -        recovered well, including right leg incision.  Blood pressure
041354 -        and pulse are consistently in the range of 90 - 115 and 60 -
041355 -        80.  Chest pains hiking at Lafayette Reservoir are resolved.
041356 -        Recovery after hiking has improved.  Pulse now falls to normal
041357 -        within 30 - 60 minutes after hiking, rather than 4 - 6 hours
