040930 - CT Department Refuses Implement Policy to Consolidate Test Findings

040934 -        don't have to type it up.  But since he is on vacation, had to
040935 -        work with Al Hutchins over in the radiology department.  He
040936 -        told Rod today that they made another mistake and didn't
040937 -        consolidate the reports.  He checked with Doctor Davidson, and
040938 -        the doctor confirmed his instructions to consolidate, but the
040939 -        analyst didn't get the word, even though I personally went to
040940 -        the CT Department the day before the test and reminded
040941 -        everybody, and I also sent a letter.  Al just threw up his

040945 -    4.  Anyway, I'm thankful to have treatment [after months of delay
040946 -        after notice on 090401 of relapse on left arm.  ref SDS 58
040947 -        RE8P, because Doctor Rugo believed wound in breastbone was
040948 -        caused by radiation that needed time to heal, and only
040949 -        discovered later on 090609 that the wound was severe cancer
040950 -        which was untreated for 4 months due a mistake at UCSF,
040951 -        discovered by Doctor Hsu on 090609, and so required immediate
040952 -        treament in order for Millie to recover from 8th relapse,
040953 -        reported by Doctor Johnson beginning on 080829, ref SDS 6 PX5V,
040954 -        and confirmed in Millie's letter to the medical team later that
040955 -        day on 090829. ref SDS 7 RP9R  Hoping it works, but there are
040956 -        no guarantees.  Doctor Rugo said yesterday that "everybody is

040958 -        sounds positive, but I am the eternal pessimist.  Glad Doctor
040959 -        Johnson is getting a vacation, and looking forward to seeing
