040960 - UCSF labs.  Kaiser uses ANC correlates to NEUTS and multiplied by
040961 - 1000.  UCSF letter therefore saying "neutrophils 1.0 or above," means
040962 - ANC above 1000 for Millie's blood work at Kaiser.
