040901 - Millie began feeling discomfort from surgery last Friday on 051021,

040903 - pain.  She expressed feeling a physical loss from a "big hole" on her
040904 - chest, but also an emotional feeling about this loss, even though a
040905 - very wide mastectomy brings a chance to avoid relapse, as discussed
