091038 - tissue removed in the first surgery, and for the purpose of preventing
091039 - further cancer growth, similar to removing spoiled tissue in an apple
091040 - or cauliflower. Success getting "clear margins" in this reexcision
091041 - surgery will reduce chances Millie's cancer will recur.
