060701 - Follow up ref SDS 17 0000, ref SDS 16 0000.
060702 -
060703 - Yesterday, had problem uploading POIMS to welchco. Since POIMS is a
060704 - file that is only about 10K, this was a suprise, and an obvious error
060705 - by Earthlink.
060706 -
060707 - After many failures, careful investigation showed someone has loaded
060708 - two files that require 5 MB, to.....

060714 - Actually these filenames sound like work with the Department of
060715 - Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) in Montana.

060717 - Called Wayne.
060718 -
060719 - He confirmed they are DNRC files, which were being transferrred to his
060720 - home computer via FTP. He forgot to remove them from the web, after
060721 - downloading. Said it is okay to delete them.
060722 -
060723 - After deleting the files, was able to resume normal SDS operations,

060730 - Our records show, however, that we only have about 90 MB of data on
060731 - the Earthlink server. Since we have 150 MB of space, as shown in the
060732 - record on 000321, ref SDS 5 9280, the 5 MB temporary upload should not
060733 - have caused this problem. Perhaps someone at Earthlink is using some
060734 - of our space temporarily, as occurred previously for maintenance.
060735 -
060736 - [On 010416 research indicates we have paid for 150 MB. ref SDS 19

0610 - 1231 called Bruce
0611 -
061101 - Explained our sitution, where usage on the server grows everyday; so,
061102 - we need a way to know how much space we have available on the server.
061103 -
061104 - Sometimes mistakes occur. Earthlink's staff or others inadvertantly
061105 - put stuff on the server. We need a way to affirmatively determine
061106 - this in order to avoid problems where our Knowledge Management service
061107 - is stopped suddenly, without notice.
061108 -
061109 - Bruce said there is a script we can get to do this. He asked for the
061110 - name of the server on our account.
061111 -
061112 - Advised we are on Corp Web 1.
061113 -
061114 - Bruce is in Atlanta today. He will call the Sacramento office to find
061115 - out how we can determine the space available on our web site.
