Thanks very much for your call today, and for ideas on developing support for the proposal, including the Phase II effort.
I notified Dan Palanza and another contact on this matter.
I will contact Tom Landauer about proposal review, and will let you know the results, per my letter to NSF on Jun 16 listing Tom, and Steve Pinker among several possible reviewers.
We did not discuss the keyword listing today. Keywords are required for online submission. On Jun 14, Joe requested we submit the proposal in printed format. This information is in the record on Jun 15.
