Feedback using FastLane |
Dear Cheryl,
Congratulations to NSF on strong efforts to use the Internet for proposal submission. We encountered very few problems, despite not having previously used the system, which is remarkable given the complexity of the proposal process.
Our proposal #9961168 was submitted through Rick Shindell at the SBIR Conference Center, on June 9, because FastLane was down. We had an email address for Rick from work on prior FastLane problems. Rick advised yesterday, that he forwarded the proposal to NSF. He suggested sending feedback to NSF for future improvements to FastLane.
Since we only have your name for contacting NSF, we are providing
feedback to you for notification of appropriate FastLane staff on reviewing the record using FastLane and NSF instructions. This may help refine the system for future proposals.Feedback is an important part of
Communciation Metrics, which is the focus of our proposal.Sincerely,
THE WELCH COMPANY
