Dear Dave,

On Nov 3, the Corps of Engineers issued a letter, ref b, that describes Communication Metrics on the Internet as pretty neat. This supplements the report on cost savings which you requested, ref a.

Yesterday, I received a letter describing this way of doing things as pretty cool, ref c.

In my letter to you on Sep 14, ref e, I asked if this method accomplishes and enhances your recommendation on Jun 11, 1996, ref d, that communications be clear and concise, by adding the ability to be complete using SDS chronologies showing causation.

Analysis suggests that neat and cool are common ways to express recognition and belief that it is self-evident and irrefutable that procedures you recommend can be accomplished consistently with Communication Metrics on the Internet, as explained by the Corps of Engineers.

What do you think?

Sincerely,

THE WELCH COMPANY
