national media, which indicates the dimensions of the challenges you face.




Communication Metrics is now supported by the Internet.  The Welch  web site delivers "intelligence"
anytime, anywhere, as  you
envisioned in our telecon on December 29, 1995.




This gets pretty close to the "paperless office," also called a "Virtual
