in Earthlink's
invoice #107552319,
dated February 2, 2003, for extra
hours using dial up service. Our letter on February 8 points out that
we did not incur extra hours for dial up services and that
dial up services are excluded from our agreement with Earthlink.

We encourage customers to contact us via email but in some cases it is
necessary to call us. The number is (888) 932-1997 and their
hours are Mon-Fri 5:30am to 9pm Sat & Sun 6am to 6pm PST...
Earthlink's
invoice says
to submit notice of disputed charges within 30 days to
invoice.inquiry@earthlink.net. Our
letter on February 8 meets this
requirement, and is sufficient for
Earthlink to take appropriate action by crediting
improper charges, as Earthlink did on the invoice last month.
