Subject: | Disk Usage |
Dear Bruce,
Thanks for your letter on March 23 explaining a procedure for determining the space available on the server for our account.
Can you follow up with Earthlink staff to implement this solution -- someone must know how to do it. If nothing else, we should be able to send a letter to an engineer, who can query the server, and send us a letter back stating the space available.
Our records show we have about 90 MB on our local disk, which has been uploaded to the Earthlink server, under our account with you. We got an out of space message, as a result of a 5 MB temporary bump in usage. Therefore, this 5 MB should not have caused the problem reported to you on March 19. We have paid for 150 MB, so there is no apparent reason to get an out of space error, even with the 5 MB FTP issue. This indicates somone has put stuff out there that does not belong, which occurred previously, because Earthlink staff were doing maintenance or something.
Thanks.
Sincerely,
THE WELCH COMPANY
Rod Welch
