[Responding to your letter on April 23, 2000 submitted a letter from Eric Armstrong on the same date, explaining the objective of a DKR project to augment human intelligence, and a second letter from Eric explaining use case analysis of data structures for a DKR project, and, further, submitting the SDS record showing context, and alignment with background and related work...] This is basic computer science on how they will keep track of the information. [Answering your question about how the proposed data structures might improve the SDS program, and augment human intelligence...] I don't see anything here that says they understand what to do with the data.
