Dear LTC Grass,
In the meeting on May 4, 1999, you planned to review the District's report, and discuss follow up with Tom Keesling. You asked about HQ guidance on using Communication Metrics, relative to the Fort Leonard Wood Conference.
On May 24, 1999, Jim Lovo, CEMP-E, sent a letter indicating your authority to use Communication Metrics was not affected by the Conference.
I would like to meet to discuss your review of the District's report recommending wider use of Communication Metrics to improve management and save money for the government. Since Tom Keesling will be leaving in a few weeks, we should try to meet this week, to maintain continuity of past initiatives.
