two recent articles in the Project Management Journal
support CESPN's objective to
reduce costs and improve management.
Significant progress can be made to
reduce the use of paper, while increasing span of control by using
Communication Metrics, as demonstrated at the
meeting last week, ref b.




The Internet can be useful,
if properly applied and managed.  Communication
Metrics provides the right balance of
management expertise
with an effective
technology design to accomplish this goal.




This unique new capability to deliver "intelligence" anywhere, anytime via
Internet, increases cost savings calculated by CESPN in the
report to CEMP-E
