Just confirming our discussion on September 9. You planned to inquire about what department or group at PG&E could review the proposal to the National Science Foundation on using Communication Metircs for
Enterprise Management.The recent letter on medical mistakes explains a common cause and solution to mistakes in all forms of enterprise, which can be reduced significantly by a system of "metrics" for communication. Your experience on CDWR is an example, and provides a headstart on implementing support at PG&E. As you noted in our call, new features using the Internet makes this solution easier to use, as set out in a letter to Intel on October 7.
