The scope of services for Welch support on Moscone III shall be for the period from Nov 1, 1998 through March 31, 1999.

Welch will provide meeting note support under the direction of Robert Rudeen. Separate or combined meetings are anticipated to occur weekly with mechanical and structural consultants. Attendance, preparation of the record and review with Kwan Henmi and other staff will require approximately 10 hours per week. Dates and times of meetings may vary according to the progress of the work.

Welch will work with the Moscone project staff and with Kwan Henmi management to develop Communication Metrics implementationn that supports Kwan Henmi's goals, policies and practices in moving toward automated management, including use of the Internet, e.g., doc log. Welch may support other communications that further the objectives of the agreement, e.g., staff meetings, team meetings, management briefings, marketing presentations. The parties will endeavor to formulate materials, and to use Communication Metrics for marketing in order to give prospective clients familiarity with Communication Metrics. Work product from the Moscone project, the Welch web site and other materials developed jointly by Kwan Henmi and Welch will advance this marketing effort.

Compensation for these services shall be at the rate of $6,000 per month. Billings will be submitted at the end of each month, and payment will be due within 15 days.
