Here is a rough jotting down of discussion points from the

mechanical meeting
on Oct 21, per our meeting this

morning.










As before, the final published notes will be short and succinct.  This requires
initially filling in specific elements and locations, as shown in the record,
in the manner you have done on the telecom meeting notes.




We also need to identify subject headings in some cases.




My sense is that this is a very important set of notes both from a management
and a technical perspective, so it will likely take several iterations to
complete.  If you have time, I can sit with you and and/or with Ivan to
expedite crafting a useful record.  Once we get a good baseline, subsequent
meetings and the work itself will be more productive.
