held on Oct 16 illustrates how Communication Metrics can
support general business meetings.




There was no discussion of specific

work plans and action items,
in order not
to encumber the team with undue pressure.  At some point, it should be possible
to assign action items through a work plan system, so that pending matters are
worked in an orderly manner.
