Dear Bill,


Per your request, here is a small part of the WBS
developed for the project, using the JV agreement, typical structures for
buidlings, design and project management.  It reflects specific language
evident in meetings about describing the work.


A "*" indicates a deeper level of detail is available.


The entire WBS (called an organic subject
structure in SDS)
is quite large, and actually grows as the scope of the information expands
through the life of the project.  It
is, however,
easy to manage with the SDS program, which
