support for Kwan Henmi.  It reflects the status of my work, and so offers KH an
opportunity to provide guidance on the direction of the current effort.




I am about half way through integrating documents received todate into the
project record for meetings.  This will support orderly planning to address the
issues raised by the memos, so KH can respond, as

requested by Gensler.





Document management
may be another area that requires consideration in working
with Gensler on Project Management issues, along with communications, project
schedule, WBS and manpower analysis.
