Dear Denis,


The consultant's meeting scheduled for this morning

was cancelled.




We made a little progress today on Ivan seeing how

Communication Metrics
reduces the paperwork burden, while improving command of information for
managing the work, by using the Internet.




Ivan's main concern, however, is

improving lines of communication so he can do a good job for you,
Gensler and the client, following up on

our discussions yesterday.  He recognizes your charge to hold the fort
for a few weeks, but feels conditions are tenuous.




Attached is a

draft
that may help lead toward a

solution.




I know you feel under the gun.  To ease some of the strain, if you feel I am
not the solution in this particular situation, there will be no charge for my
time.  I would like very much to continue, but I want you to feel completely
free to make the best decision for the work, whatever that turns out to be.










I also feel that leadership is important at this time.
