Additionally, we would like an executive meeting at the first opportunity to develop improved facilities and lines of communication. This is needed to accomodate increased staff so we avoid congestion and information overload that adversely impact management and delay the work, due to current space limitations. Our aim is to ensure that cost, time and quality objectives are met, and further that Gensler's daily concerns are addressed in an orderly manner so that the ultimate design is supported by the project record.
