Updated backgrounds
As of yesterday, we did not transmit to our consultants updated
backgrounds for the basement area. My marked up set indicates the column
conflict. I talked to you about it as well as with Bolivar. The reason
for us requirering plots of backgrounds to be sent to consultants is
exactly this: nobody bothers to take ownership of the drawing they work
on. If you, and I and Steven have to continuously check each and every
line on the plots, I am concerned that the progress will be minimum. If
you have any ideas of how to make your team more interested in the
accuracy of the product, please advise.
Did you check with Steven about some incorrect bracing that he already
advised Bolivar it needed to be updated for the consultant backgrounds?
