Meeting Notes, Links, Feedback |
Dear Amy,
Answering your letter on December 2, the SDS software program has a lot of firepower to aid memory and create links. It expands traditional literacy (i.e., ordinary reading and writing) quite a bit, because a big part of writing is remembering, which is fairly fragile.
Feedback also helps, and is helped by, the writing process. Did you see the letter to Jeanne Bradley at Kaiser discussing feedback on meeting notes?
Sincerely,
Rod
