Dear Jeanne,
Thanks very much for coordinating to get Tom Driscoll's help on Team Care issues which arise from work with Park Shadelands the past few months, as a patient, and also reflect goals cited by Kaiser's CEO, Robert Pearl. As we discussed this morning, Tom's background in medical management makes him a good candidate to reivew Communication Metrics for reducing the high cost of medical mistakes due to meaning drift, discussed on November 1.
Since Tom has not responded to Mark nor to your Lotus Notes letter, he may be on vacation. This is a short week, so it is hard to follow up. Hopefully, next week progress will pick up.
