Thanks for a lighter perspective on turning data into information. Glad to hear things are hopping, and you are getting a rest before your next assignment.

On Jan 7, 1997 the president of a company noted Communication Metrics works better than he thought. Indeed, the problem it solved is common to every manager, every day, all over the world. This is a huge untapped market that no one else can serve. On the other hand, it is not a happy prospect having to wrestle customers to the ground in order to discover benefits. Now, in 1999, delivering intelligence via Internet makes a lot of the benefit self-evident.

You properly ask where to take the technology?
