Any progress with the project review idea for Oakland which you advanced on Mar 4? Were you able to demonstrate intelligence by forwarding your letter via the Internet? Does anyone see self-evident benefits from adding intelligence to management, which you noticed on Nov 19, 1998?

Another idea to consider, when time permits, is Common Administration, as set out in my record for today.
